We do our best to fill and send orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to edit items in your order or prevent a package from shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and weāll do our best to address your concern.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric or digital products.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or has an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders must be received before 10 AM EST on a shipping day to be sent out the same day.
